WHAT TOOLS WILL BE PROVIDED?
The NCBA Meetings & Events Team provides a variety of tools that you can utilize to promote CattleCon. These tools may be used for your promotional efforts. It is up to the creativity of each influencer to use these tools to promote CattleCon 2025.
We provide:
- A well-equipped marketing portal
- A private Facebook group to connect and collaborate with fellow CattleCon Influencers
- Social media example posts
- Promotional videos and photos
- Customizable flyers and postcards
- Event themed graphics
- Personalized promotion discount codes to share with your network and track your reach
- Monthly touch base calls
- Approximately 3-5 hours a week leading up to CattleCon
- Approximately 15-20 hours the week of CattleCon
- 30 minutes – 1 hour a month for conference calls to discuss ongoing and upcoming marketing efforts
