Hotel Solicitations:

NCBA’s official housing vendor is Experient. Attendees and exhibitors should be cautious of other companies that:

Call you directly and claim they are official housing partners and have the best rates for Nashville. NCBA and Experient will never call you directly to book your housing.
Claim to be affiliated with NCBA by offering discounted hotel rates, which often can be too good to be true.
Ask you to provide your contact information and credit card details, and require full pre-payment in advance.
Claim to have availability at their advertised hotels, but may take the money for the rooms, then later cancel without refund to you.
Call you directly and claim to have new policies and discounted rates for the trade show.

When booking your hotel for the meeting, please be sure that you are booking through a credible source and email [email protected] if you are approached by a company making the above crimes.

Attendee List Scams

We would like to remind all exhibitors that the attendee mailing list for the Cattle Industry Convention is available through NCBA only. Any solicitation claiming to have the email list of the Cattle Industry Convention or CattleCon22/CattleCon23 or Beef22/Beef23 attendees is fraudulent, as NCBA does not sell or rent the attendee list to anyone other than current exhibitors.
