Assistant Director, Product Services, Certified Angus Beef
Carson Rogers' role revolves around protecting quality beef and assisting end-users with product solutions. As the assistant director of product services for Certified Angus Beef, Carson works with packing companies, production facilities, foodservice distributors and retail partners to ensure product integrity while always looking for ways to help them improve. He monitors every aspect of production - from carcass specifications to packer/processor offerings to proper packaging - all to uphold the highest levels of quality and consistency. Before joining the brand team, Carson received a bachelor's degree in animal science from West Texas A&M University, where he was involved in meat research and beef fabrication. He also interned with the U.S. Meat Export Federation in the Grand Cayman, working in a retail meat department on various facets of sales, efficiencies and food safety. Carson also has experience in barbecue applications and charcuterie.
