Dustey Abney, Ph.D.
Dr. Abney joined Cargill in 2006 as a cow/calf nutritionist. He also leads Cargill’s team of Beef Technical Specialists. Dusty received his B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. in Animal Science with an emphasis on ruminant nutrition from Texas Tech University. In his role, he supports colleagues in the field with technical nutrition consultation, specifically in the cow/calf and stocker segments.
